Now Hiring: Cultiva Youth Project (Paid Summer Positions)
Growing Gardens is currently hiring youth ages 14–18 for paid positions through our Cultiva Youth Project at both our Boulder and Longmont locations. Applications are now open online.
The Cultiva Youth Project is a leadership and job development program where teens operate an urban organic farm—seeding, tending, and harvesting produce that supports the Boulder and Longmont communities. Participants build valuable leadership, teamwork, and workforce skills while contributing meaningfully to local food access efforts.
