Description:
Park rangers wear many different hats in order to perform their work of protecting the environment and helping visitors recreate responsibly in nature. Join us as we learn about what a park ranger does by completing different activity stations related to duties like firefighting, wildlife management, and interpretation as we hike along the 1.7-mile Anne U. White trail. Participants can arrive at the trailhead anytime between 9:30-11:30 and complete the hike at their own pace while stopping at the different fun and engaging activity stations along the way.
