Doing something kind for someone else is one of the easiest ways to improve mental health, both for you and the person you give to. When people feel isolated and disconnected, even one simple act of kindness from someone else can be a boost to their mental health. Events are free and open to everyone! Come and see art at the North Boulder Park!
Registration is not required, but is encouraged so that we may contact you if the event changes. In the case of inclement weather, outdoor events will be cancelled.
